Hi,

I listened to the Barbell Logic podcast where you discussed nutrition. I didn’t really get a good sense of your view on this topic. It seemed like Matt just put out there what your position is, but I didn’t really get a sense that you completely agreed with what he said.
I understand that just taking Metamucil is not really a great solution. But what about fruits and vegetables vs grains? My understanding is that the research hasn’t really figured this one out. Some research has actually shown that fiber from grains may actually be better than from vegetables. Is this right?
Is there a difference in where you get your fiber? Is there a difference between sweet potato vs quest bar vs cereal?

Please help.
